How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for skincare items?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 14 days of purchase. If a product arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately.
